Place of Performance: Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off- site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.

Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)/Public Trust.
Position Summary:
- Experience: 8+ years ServiceNow/ESM architecture; 2+ years Federal; prior ownership of multimodule architectures at n-2 currency.
- Designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and major ITIL processes.
- Strong experience with CMDB and CSDM, including CI relationships, data governance, service modeling, and CMDB health.
- ServiceNow products such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or IRM/GRC.
- Strong technical background in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and platform security.
- Extensive integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO/SAML, LDAP, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience defining integration architecture, security architecture, data architecture, and application architecture for ServiceNow.
- Experience developing technical architecture documents, solution designs, data-flow diagrams, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience establishing ServiceNow development standards, governance frameworks, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
- Ability to conduct architecture reviews and code/design reviews and identify performance, security, scalability, and maintainability risks.
Scope & Complexity:
- Must show experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-module architectures at an N-2 currency level.
- Highlight experience defining overarching integration, security, and data architectures; establishing development and governance standards across a 75k+ user base; and conducting code/design reviews to mitigate security and scalability risks.
Skillsets:
- ITOM Implementations, Discovery, Network Operations Center Experience, CSDM/CMDB strategy, integration patterns, upgrade strategy, performance & availability.
Certifications (or equivalent): ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Required)
