Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join us in implementing OOB products, developing new solutions, and optimizing existing solutions all on the Now Platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and have experience with integrations across complex enterprise environments.
What you get to do in this role:

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
• Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
• Implement effective unit testing strategies, Automated Test Framework (ATF) solutions, and Jasmine test bundles for quality assurance.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 2+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• General understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, preferably HRSD, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Proven track record in performance optimization, including query tuning, script efficiency, and infrastructure scaling.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, REST/SOAP integrations, and JELLY scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Next Experience UI, Playbooks, and designing/building Scoped Applications.
• Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required, Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
