Your role:
Lead the strategic design and execution of enterprise‑level service operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with long‑term organizational objectives and driving transformative improvements across service delivery.
Influence major operational decisions and resource allocations using data‑driven insights, ensuring operational changes support departmental strategy and organizational priorities.
Champion large‑scale process improvement and innovation efforts by applying industry best practices, advanced methodologies, and emerging technologies to elevate service quality and operational efficiency.
Partner with executive leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop, implement, and continually refine scalable service operations frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Drive organizational capability and talent development through succession planning, performance management, and strategic delegation of high‑impact initiatives, ensuring leadership readiness and operational excellence.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to work across clinical and non-clinical environments. Experience partnering with senior leaders and program managers. Problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments and strategic thinking with execution focus
Understanding of S&SD service delivery organization across multiple modalities and delivery verticals.

Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.

The annual pay range for this position in AZ, AR, IA, IO, KS, KY, LO, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VI, WV is $107,000 to $171,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, ID, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PN, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $112,000 to $180,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in AK, MD, NY, RI, WA is $118,000 to $189,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ is $126,000 to 201,000.
This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
