- At least 7 years working as Sharepoint administration
- System Integration and Architecture knowledge of a distributed environment
- Good knowledge on SharePoint technology and good with networking and load balancing concepts and implementing those in current environment.
- Should be versed with IP Pooling, WIP and VIP configuration. Windows, Unix administration, Design and implementation.
- Plan out the entire environment from server and network layout to how services are going to be load balanced, and work to flush out a proper governance plan
- Day to day administration existing environments, including maintenance, on-call support, monitoring and performance-optimization activities.
- Work closely with various IT groups to ensure the strategy and architecture aligns to corporate goals and objectives.
- Effectively communicate complex concepts and information to senior management.
- Create and evolve best practices, standards and guidelines for the architecting, management, and utilization of solutions.
- Assist in evaluation of solutions, including custom and 3rd party applications.
- Planning the architecture to ensure optimal performance based on needs
- Must know SharePoint 2010 and 2013 and be able to develop plan to migrate from SharePoint 2010 to 2013
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the SharePoint platform as a service
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Sharepoint Site Developer
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT
