Founded in 2013 and trusted by leading brands and service providers, we power seamless, reliable service experiences through a modern platform built for scale.  Our platform gives businesses the visibility, communication, and control they need to manage every step of the service journey, from job acceptance through completion.

As part of Manos Software, a Valsoft operating group, Dispatch combines the focus and agility of a specialized software company with the long-term support of a global vertical SaaS organization. We’re investing in our product, our customers, and our team with a focus on sustainable growth.

We’re looking for a high-impact SMB Account Executive who will focus on selling into Service Providers. The ideal candidate loves hunting for new business, building relationships with owners and operators, and helping service businesses modernize the way they manage and grow their operations.

WHY DISPATCH?
  • Sales-first culture with strong leadership support
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Fast-moving, high-growth environment where results matter
  • Real ownership of your territory, deals, and outcomes
  • Remote-first flexibility with optional Boston office access

If you’re a driven seller who enjoys prospecting, moving quickly, and helping growing businesses solve real operational challenges, we should talk.

AS AN SMB ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE YOU WILL:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Independently identify and develop prospective service provider customers.
  • Build pipeline through targeted cold calling, email, social outreach, networking, and other creative prospecting strategies.
  • Lead effective discovery conversations to understand a prospect’s business, workflows, pain points, and growth goals.
  • Demonstrate how Dispatch can improve field operations, customer experience, visibility, and efficiency.
  • Build relationships with business owners, operators, and other key decision-makers.
  • Navigate questions and objections and create urgency around solving meaningful business challenges.
  • Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline and consistently move opportunities toward a decision.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to share market feedback and improve how we win.
  • Help refine the messaging, processes, and tactics that make our Service Provider sales motion successful.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of SaaS or software sales experience, ideally in a full-cycle closing role.
  • A proven hunter who is comfortable generating a meaningful portion of your own pipeline.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities and maintaining momentum across a fast-moving sales cycle.
  • Strong discovery skills and genuine curiosity about how customers run their businesses.
  • Confidence communicating value to business owners and operational leaders.
  • Ability to simplify technology and connect product capabilities to practical business outcomes.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Comfort operating in an evolving environment where you can help improve the playbook rather than simply follow one.
  • Curiosity and comfort with AI-enabled tools and how they can improve sales productivity, customer insights, and operational efficiency.

SKILLS WE SEEK:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline through hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization and pipeline management habits.
  • Comfort using sales tools, data, and AI to improve prospecting, outreach, forecasting, and productivity.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and a consistent drive to improve performance.
  • Internally motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Ability to move quickly while exercising sound judgment.
  • Experience selling to SMBs, service providers, contractors, field service organizations, or the trades is a plus.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend sales training and onboarding where you will learn go-to-market messaging, key differentiators, and segment-specific value propositions
  • Meet with members of the Sales team to understand what’s working, what’s not, and build relationships across the organization.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Service Industry space and the business challenges Dispatch solves.
  • Become comfortable demonstrating Dispatch’s solutions and begin building your territory and prospecting strategy.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know
  • Own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your account list
  • Become a Dispatch product expert

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently create pipeline and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Own your number and demonstrate a repeatable approach to generating and closing new business.
  • Build strong relationships within the Service Provider market and represent Dispatch in customer meetings and industry conversations.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed your new business targets.
  • Be a trusted expert in the Service Provider market and an important contributor to the continued growth and evolution of this sales motion.
