The Social Media Graphic Designer will create social media posts, develop templates, analyze metrics, and manage adhoc design requests for a fast-growing startup, collaborating closely with the marketing team.
This is a remote position.
We’re looking to hire a full time Social Media Designer. We are a high growth startup that relies on executing an omni channel marketing strategy.
You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Marketing Team. This role is fast-paced and requires individuals who are extremely motivated and looking for tremendous growth opportunities with one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
Daily operations can change quickly, as is expected with a high growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:
Create bulk social media posts fast and efficiently for hundreds of student athletes and Universities
Following brand guidelines for Athlete’s Thread and the University we are designing for
Create content for over 400 different affiliate Instagram accounts
Create unique templates that are easy to scale for athlete to athlete and school to school (where you are able to switch our the photos, products, logo and copy quick and efficiently to scale)
Managing adhoc requests from the team to share within a few hours or same day
Analyzing social media metrics using software like Vista Social and Instagram
Organization of all social media assets
Ability to post manually on Instagram or through tools like Vista social
Create emails using our brand guidelines and tone of voice

Requirements
- Mobile phone (iPhone Preferred, not required) and computer (Mac Preferred, not required)
- High speed internet connection (Must send a speed test)
- High efficiency with using Instagram (Posting content and creating accounts)
- Ability to learn new tools quick and efficiently
- 3+ years experience in graphic design
- Experience with creating content for social media
- Experience using software to report on & analyze social media analytics
- Experience with creating content using Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to read and write messages in English and create strong verbal messages on your own
- Ability and willingness to learn the International Sports in depth in a requirement for this role
Working hours will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Must be flexible with working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Our company is growing fast, candidates must be comfortable with changes to their position and daily responsibilities. We are looking for someone who will not only come in and pick up our systems and workflows quickly but also improve them for optimal results.
