Lovevery is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Specialist who is passionate about social media, creator partnerships, and storytelling. Reporting to the Manager of Social Media, this hybrid role is responsible for managing Lovevery's U.S. TikTok account while sourcing creators for our global Influencer Marketing program. The role is generally split approximately 50% TikTok management and 50% influencer sourcing, with priorities shifting throughout the year based on product launches and business needs.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that's ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift throughout the year. You'll collaborate closely with the Social, Influencer, Brand, Creative, Paid, and Customer Experience teams to help grow Lovevery's social presence, build meaningful creator partnerships, and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.

ResponsibilitiesTikTok Management (U.S.)
  • Own the day-to-day management of Lovevery's U.S. TikTok account, including content planning, publishing, scheduling, and platform optimization
  • Execute the TikTok content calendar in partnership with the Social Media team, ensuring content aligns with campaign priorities and business goals
  • Own the growth of Lovevery's U.S. TikTok presence by meeting established engagement, audience growth, and content performance goals
  • Monitor platform trends, sounds, creators, and emerging features to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Track performance against established KPIs and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall platform performance
  • Report platform performance, key learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Paid, and Influencer teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist with TikTok Shop initiatives as needed, including creator coordination, product tagging, campaign execution, promotional opportunities, and affiliate support
  • Become an expert in Lovevery's social media management, reporting, and listening tools to ensure efficient publishing, reporting, and platform optimization
Influencer Sourcing (All Platforms)
  • Source creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms for gifting, affiliate, and paid partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators across parenting, family, baby, toddler, lifestyle, retail, and other priority categories
  • Identify creators for campaigns across all social platforms based on business priorities, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Evaluate creators based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, storytelling ability, and brand alignment
  • Partner closely with the Influencer Marketing team to provide creator recommendations for launches, evergreen gifting, affiliate programs, paid partnerships, and special campaigns
  • Stay informed on creator trends, emerging talent, and platform best practices, regularly sharing recommendations with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain organized creator databases and sourcing documentation to support the global Influencer Marketing program
  • Become an expert in Lovevery's creator sourcing and influencer management tools to ensure efficient creator discovery, organization, and reporting
Qualifications and Attributes
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field
  • Experience managing a brand social media account, preferably TikTok
  • Experience sourcing or working with influencers and creators across multiple social platforms
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form video best practices, and platform trends
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate programs is a plus
  • Experience using social media management, analytics, listening, or influencer management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Sprinklr, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of social-first storytelling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented with a passion for identifying emerging social and creator trends
  • Passion for early childhood, parenting, education, and digital storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field)

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
