Position Summary
Quantum Rise is looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This part-time role is ideal for a student or recent graduate based in Chicago who's passionate about social media, short-form video, and brand storytelling. You'll work closely with our Marketing Director and broader team to plan, produce, edit, and post engaging video content for LinkedIn.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a high-growth AI firm working with forward-thinking leaders and bold messaging.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop a content calendar focused on short-form video (e.g., expert insights, behind-the-scenes, team culture, client stories).
• Capture, edit, and produce compelling video content optimized for social media.
• Film on-site with team members at our Chicago office and nearby locations, as needed.
• Manage video post-production, including editing, cutting, captioning, and formatting
• Support posting and scheduling via social platforms (LinkedIn).
• Monitor engagement and trends to refine creative direction.
• Contribute fresh ideas to evolve our brand's video presence and storytelling style.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL and available for on-site filming as needed.
• Prior experience creating and editing social video content (personal projects, school, internships, or freelance).
• Strong working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Understanding of platform-specific best practices (e.g., LinkedIn tone, format).
• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling instincts.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to refine content.
• Bonus: Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or scheduling tools like Buffer or Later.
