You'll work closely with our Marketing Director and broader team to plan, produce, edit, and post engaging video content for LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop a content calendar focused on short-form video (e.g., expert insights, behind-the-scenes, team culture, client stories).
- Capture, edit, and produce compelling video content optimized for social media.
- Film on-site with team members at our Chicago office and nearby locations, as needed.
- Manage video post-production, including editing, cutting, captioning, and formatting
- Support posting and scheduling via social platforms (LinkedIn).
- Monitor engagement and trends to refine creative direction.
- Contribute fresh ideas to evolve our brand's video presence and storytelling style.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL and available for on-site filming as needed.
- Prior experience creating and editing social video content (personal projects, school, internships, or freelance).
- Strong working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices (e.g., LinkedIn tone, format).
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling instincts.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to refine content.
- Bonus: Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or scheduling tools like Buffer or Later.
