Own and grow Crypto Banter’s presence on X by creating posts, threads, replies, quote posts, Spaces, live clips, and market-driven content. Manage community engagement, collaborate with hosts and production teams, coordinate launches and sponsored campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and build relationships with KOLs and power users. Requires strong crypto knowledge, fast writing, sound compliance judgment, and independent execution.
About us
Crypto Banter is one of the biggest crypto media brands, with daily live shows, Boost by Banter and Bubbles. We reach millions of traders, and X is where our community lives.
The role
You'll own Crypto Banter's presence on X. You'll be in the conversation every day, turning our shows, market moves and personalities into posts that get people engaging, following and tuning in.
What you'll do
- Be the strategic leader of X accounts!
- Run our main X accounts day to day: posts, threads, replies, quote posts and Spaces.
- Post live clips, hot takes and threads while they're still relevant.
- Jump on market news and trending narratives fast, with a sharp, on-brand voice.
- Grow and manage the community: reply, spark debate, and spot and work with KOLs and power users.
- Coordinate with hosts, the video team and Boost on launches, sponsor posts and campaigns.
- Track what works (impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and double down on it.
- Take our X account to the next level. Collaborate with a top tier researcher and create content that makes us ‘That Guy’ on X!
What you'll bring
- Running X accounts for a crypto brand, project, exchange or creator, with numbers to show for it - even in bad markets
- You live on Crypto Twitter: you know the culture, the memes, the narratives and the key voices.
- Solid crypto knowledge, including trading, DeFi, memecoins and market cycles.
- Fast, punchy writing that sounds like a person, not a brand.
- Good judgement on what not to post. That covers compliance, sponsored-content disclosure and avoiding anything that reads like financial advice.
- A track record of building engagement through replies and community, not just broadcasting.
- Be self sufficient! Have a can-do attitude and execute FAST.
Nice to have
- Experience hosting or producing X Spaces.
- Basic clip editing in CapCut or a similar tool
- Experience working with KOLs or ambassadors.
- Experience with Telegram or Discord communities.
What we offer
- Fully remote.
- You'll be at the centre of one of crypto's best-known media brands.
- A fast-moving team where you'll have real ownership.
