- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative, product marketing, and content teams to develop platform-specific visuals, short-form videos, and copy that resonate with each unique audience.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage in conversations across platforms, amplifying customer stories, elevating brand sentiment, and identifying opportunities to connect authentically with our audiences.
- Campaign Support: Partner with marketing and product teams to support launches, announcements, and broader campaigns with social-first executions.
- Global Adaptation: Help adapt and tailor content for international audiences while maintaining consistency in brand voice and quality.
- Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas to grow our brand following, boost engagement, and deepen customer loyalty across social channels.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking, measuring, and analyzing social media performance metrics, helping to inform strategy and optimize future content.
- Learning & Growth: Stay curious, actively learning best practices for social-first storytelling, trend spotting, and cross-channel campaign execution.
What is needed:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related digital marketing role.
- A strong understanding of how content performs across different social platforms and how to optimize for audience engagement.
- Previous experience in B2B, SaaS, or martech industries (a plus, but not required).
- Excellent writing skills and a keen eye for voice, tone, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Canva, Figma, or video editing platforms (experience with scheduling and reporting tools a bonus).
- A collaborative spirit with a proactive, creative, and data-informed approach to social media strategy.
- Comfort engaging on social platforms during off-hours for urgent moments, product launches, or brand milestones when needed.
- A passion for social media, digital storytelling, and building community through authentic brand expression.
