Job Description

Manages the public voice across approved platforms. Duties include:

  • Draft social media posts that communicate BASIC Studios’ message and current projects

  • Schedule and publish posts across approved platforms according to the marketing calendar

  • Monitor comments, messages, and discussions across social media accounts

  • Encourage interaction with followers through replies, questions, and discussion prompts

  • Coordinate with marketing staff to promote new videos, blog posts, and projects

  • Track post engagement and identify trends in audience interaction

  • Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and branding across platforms

  • Report audience feedback, concerns, and recurring questions to leadership

  • Flag inappropriate comments, spam, or policy violations for removal or review

  • Maintain an organized posting calendar aligned with current campaigns and releases
