Position SummaryThe Enterprise Solution Architect leads the architecture, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our Yardi platform, ensuring it remains scalable, well-integrated, and aligned with the needs of our retail real estate business. This role serves as a strategic partner across many cross-functional departments, translating complex systems into thoughtful solutions to support how the business operates and grows. By bringing clarity to an increasingly connected technology landscape, the architect helps ensure our platforms work together seamlessly.Responsibilities- Serve as the enterprise architecture lead for Yardi Voyager 8 and associated modules providing oversight of the platform and its role across the organization.
- Define and maintain the target-state architecture for the Yardi ecosystem to support scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to establish configuration governance, customization standards, and release management practices.
- Maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data flows, and integration maps, to ensure clarity and consistency across the platform.
- Architect and govern integrations between Yardi and enterprise systems, including data warehouse and BI platforms, CRM and marketing systems, procurement platforms, banking interfaces, and forecasting and planning tools.
- Collaborate with the Systems Integration team to define integration standards, middleware strategy, API governance, and data exchange patterns.
- Establish best practices for APIs, ETL processes, and event-driven integrations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data flows across the enterprise.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform capabilities and support evolving business needs.
- Identify and help reduce technical debt across our platforms.
- Support SOX and financial audit requirements related to financial systems architecture.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field required.
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture with a focus on designing scalable, integrated business systems.
- Deep experience with Yardi Voyager (v7 or v8), including platform architecture, configuration, and long-term system optimization; Yardi certification preferred.
- Experience implementing or supporting Yardi Retail Manager, Forecast Manager, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules.
- Experience supporting financial systems subject to audit and SOX controls with an understanding of governance and compliance requirements.
- Strong database architecture and design experience, including SQL development such as complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical insights for business stakeholders.
Compensation
- Salary type: Exempt
- Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
- Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000
- Annual Bonus: 20%
