In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact access to care for over 100 million patients each year by developing cutting-edge software. You’ll work alongside Senior Developers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to build and maintain systems that meet the highest standards of quality and security—essential for healthcare applications.

What You'll Do?
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for new and existing software applications.
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software updates and features.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers to design and implement new functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing solutions to fix and improve the product.
- Work closely with the QA/UAT teams to ensure all features are thoroughly tested before deployment.
- Contribute to the optimization of application performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to healthcare technology.
- Develop and maintain payer/clearing house integrations via API / SFTP / Bots.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of PHI through best practices in software development
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, JavaScript, Python, Nodejs, etc.).
- Familiarity with widely used database engines (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue Javascript web frameworks.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic API integration.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, BitBucket).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively escalate obstacles.
- A passion for healthcare technology and making a positive impact in US healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- CI/CD, Devops, Docker/Kubernetes experience
- Experience in HealthTech, preferably with revenue cycle management or health insurance integrated solutions
- IT experience (Microsoft Entra/Device Mgmt, User Access Control/permissions/roles, etc.)
