Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering (backend, API, or full-stack)
- Proficient in Python, Java, or C#
- Experienced with REST APIs (FastAPI, AWS Lambda) and OpenAPI specifications
- Skilled in data pipeline orchestration (dbt, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Iceberg)
- Knowledgeable in federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FISMA High)
Preferred / Bonus:
- Prior work with DHA, VA, or federal healthcare IT programs
- Experience with FHIR, OMOP, HL7, CDA, or other healthcare data standards
- Familiarity with OCR, NLP, AI/ML workflows for healthcare data
- Exposure to AWS GovCloud (IL5/IL6) or secure cloud environments
- Experience in MOSA frameworks or DDIL environments
