- Solution, design, and architect applications ahead of sprint planning cycles, ensuring full alignment with Technical Design Review guidelines
- Optimize infrastructure utilization and resource consumption by fine-tuning performance across the entire application stack, including user interfaces, middle-tier microservices, and databases
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features, integrations, and automated solutions to solve complex business problems, emphasizing the responsible and ethical use of AI
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI trends to inform scalable solution design, system performance, and strategic platform innovation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or IT related field
- 1+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise-grade applications
- 1+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot (including Spring Data) within a microservices architecture
- 1+ years of experience with React or Next.js (including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and App Router) and component-driven UI library development
- 1+ years of experience with relational database development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, async frameworks) and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and utilizing advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance applications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or other enterprise AI coding assistants) to accelerate and optimize code delivery
- Experience with modern UI styling tools (Tailwind CSS, Radix UI) and building reusable, accessible component libraries
- Proven ability to mentor developers, lead technical design reviews, and establish architectural standards across teams
