Software Engineering Activities

  • Java or Python programming
  • Implementing software for ingesting geospatial data into RDBMS
  • Preparing briefings and architecture design diagrams
  • Assisting in software development projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Writing, testing, and debugging code.
  • Participating in code reviews to learn best practices.
  • Researching and implementing new technologies or tools.
  • Documenting code and processes for future reference.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required
  • Major in computer science, engineering, MIS, or information technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Thorough understanding of internet research
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Job Details

  • Remote work allowed
