Enterprise Delivery | Customer Experience

Deliver outcomes that matter—predictable delivery, confident customers, and solutions that are built to last.

At Intelex, Project Management is not about status reports or task tracking. It’s about owning delivery outcomes, creating clarity in complexity, and enabling teams and customers to move from ambition to execution with confidence.

As a Project Manager within the PMO, you sit at the center of customer delivery. You lead complex SaaS implementations from initiation through go-live, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes stay aligned—while empowering consultants, architects, and customers to do their best work.

This is a role for Project Managers who want ownership, influence, and impact, not just coordination.

Why this role matters

Customers don’t measure success by project plans—they measure it by outcomes: solutions delivered predictably, risks managed early, teams aligned, and no surprises at go-live. You are accountable for creating the conditions where those outcomes are possible.

You provide the structure, discipline, and leadership that allows implementation teams to focus on solving the right problems—while ensuring customers feel informed, confident, and in control throughout the journey.

What you’ll do (and why it’s impactful)

Own delivery from start to finish

You’ll lead the full implementation lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live—establishing clear plans, milestones, and decision points. You’ll ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are realistic, understood, and actively managed.

Turn complexity into clarity

You’ll work across customers, consultants, solution architects, and internal stakeholders to align priorities, surface risks early, and guide teams through tradeoffs when complexity appears. When things get messy, you bring structure.

Protect outcomes—not just schedules

You’ll actively manage risks, dependencies, and change, ensuring issues are surfaced early and addressed professionally. You understand that successful delivery is about quality and adoption—not just hitting dates.

Lead through influence

You’ll guide cross-functional teams without formal authority—setting expectations, reinforcing standards, and enabling people to operate at their best. You create momentum, alignment, and accountability.

Be a trusted customer partner

You’ll set and manage client expectations, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and ensure customers feel informed—not surprised—at every stage of the project.

Contribute beyond your projects

You’ll help improve delivery standards, tools, and methodologies within the PMO, sharing lessons learned and strengthening how Intelex delivers at scale.

What success looks like

  • Projects move forward predictably, with risks identified and managed early

  • Customers are confident, informed, and prepared at go-live

  • Delivery teams are aligned, focused, and supported

  • Scope, timelines, and budgets are actively managed and respected

  • Stakeholders trust your judgment and rely on your leadership

Who you’ll work with

You’ll report to the Manager, Project Management Office and be part of a global Enterprise Delivery organization. You’ll collaborate closely with Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Support.

You won’t be on an island—this role comes with mentorship, peer support, and access to deep delivery expertise.

What you bring on day one (must-haves)

These capabilities are foundational to success in this role:

  • Experience leading SaaS or complex enterprise software implementations

  • Strong command of scope, schedule, risk, and quality management

  • Ability to break down ambiguity into clear plans and decisions

  • Proven experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders

  • Confidence navigating delivery tradeoffs and holding the line when needed

  • Clear, professional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ownership mindset—you lean in when challenges arise

What we’ll help you develop (and expect you to lean into)

We’re committed to your growth as a professional—not just the work you deliver. From day one, you’ll be supported with the tools, guidance, and feedback needed to build lasting impact at Intelex.

  • Deep understanding of Intelex products and the EHSQ industry: You’ll build strong product fluency and industry context so you can lead delivery with confidence and credibility.

  • Fast, supported ramp‑up: We’ll ensure you’re quickly enabled on Intelex delivery assets, standards, and methodology so you can be effective early and often.

  • Constructive, ongoing feedback: You’ll receive regular, actionable feedback focused on strengthening your delivery judgment, leadership skills, and professional growth.

  • Networking and community support: You’ll be encouraged and supported to build relationships across PMO, Consulting, Solution Architecture, Customer Success, and the broader Fortive ecosystem.

  • Career development planning: We’ll partner with you on career goals and development plans, helping you grow toward senior project leadership, PMO leadership, or broader enterprise opportunities.

How you operate

Top performers in this role are:

  • Accountable: you own commitments, decisions, and outcomes

  • Customer-focused: you care deeply about delivery quality and adoption

  • Consultative: you listen first, then guide with confidence

  • Structured: you bring clarity, discipline, and follow-through

  • Adaptable: you stay effective in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments

  • Growth-minded: you actively seek feedback and apply it

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS or enterprise technology solutions

  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles (Waterfall and Agile)

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification

  • Experience in EHS, Quality, or regulated enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of application architecture and system integrations

Other Requirements

  • Please note that this role requires a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification

Additional details

  • Hybrid work model with flexibility

  • Occasional travel to customer locations (approximately 10–30%)

  • Eligible for bonus as part of total compensation

Growth at Intelex is earned through impact.

This role is a strong foundation for growth into Senior Project Manager, PMO leadership, Consulting leadership, or broader enterprise roles. As Intelex grows, so do the opportunities—and this role puts you at the center of that momentum.
