WHAT YOU'LL DO
Data is more than stats to our Business Transformation team—it’s a story waiting to be told. They translate the details into solutions and strategy, driving us forward.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions that drive our business to new heights. You'll collaborate with teams across the company, ensuring our data infrastructure is top-notch, scalable, and secure.
As a data visionary, you'll architect robust systems that transform raw data into actionable insights, fueling our innovative marketing strategies and operational excellence. Your expertise in data integration, warehousing, and advanced analytics will empower us to predict trends, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 4+ days a week
*While we strive to offer flexibility, this role also requires it. There may be times when you're expected to come onsite outside your typical in-office days to support special projects, team events, or other business needs.
Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.
Base Salary: $112,000 - $142,000 (depending on experience)
Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.
Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive data & analytics solutions and provide solution recommendations and improvements to leadership.
Architect and lead the overall end-to-end design and implementation of Data & Analytics Solutions, leveraging the breadth of Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to support data processing and analytics initiatives.
Lead schema design and data modeling, ensuring robust data schemas and models that support business requirements and ensure data integrity and performance.
Partner with other IT team members to monitor and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Work with IT team / business area domain subject matter experts to maintain high data quality standards.
Contribute to the scaling, optimization, enhancement and rationalization of data & analytics solutions.
Support the development of highly performant and robust data transformation pipelines.
Help develop highly interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using BI tools to communicate findings, data insights and Key Performance Indicators to various organizational stakeholders.
Understand & lead team in execution of business intelligence best practices in reporting and data modeling.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the team.
Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are always followed, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.

WHAT YOU BRING
6+ years of Data Analyst and/or Business Intelligence experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Proven experience with cloud services with emphasis on Data and BI focused solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Fabric and Power BI, including advanced data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques.
Strong project management skills, with experience in agile development methodologies.
4+ years of SQL experience.
2+ years interacting with or creating ETLs.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Refined communication skills, with the ability to speak both to technical engineers and executive stakeholders.

Three Weeks of Vacation per calendar year. And that’s just to start! Spend some time with us, and you’ll accrue an additional week every few years, depending on your exempt status!
FMLA qualifying Rain Makers receive six weeks of paid parental leave. Parents get to spend time at home bonding with their new addition (whether it arrives by birth, fostering, or adoption). For birth mothers, additional time is provided for medical leave. Depending on the state in which you reside, additional time may also be available for parents who do not require medical leave.
Flexibility Stipend. For eligible Rain Makers, spend this extra monthly stipend as you wish, but know it’s intended to contribute to things like your phone, internet or other business uses while working remotely or needs outside of normal working hours.
Relocation: Relocation Available (when available)
Onsite and Hybrid Rain Makers: Get paid to carpool! Drive to work with another Rain Maker every week at least 2X a week and receive mileage reimbursement.

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
