What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer success or delivery operations.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Comfortable with the support of digital data and/or digital advertising with experience building client relationships and assisting in consultative solutioning.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams.
- Being comfortable with ambiguity. Experience working in startups is a plus.
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

- Logging activity and events when needed through TransUnion's internal tools (such as SalesForce) accurately and on a regular basis.
Impact You'll Make:
In the 1st 90 days, you will:
- Take part in our Solutions University training process to better understand TransUnion's client base. This will include shadowing client interactions as well.
- Develop and implement best practices and procedures to achieve efficiency and collaboration with partners and clients.
- You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning.
The day-to day responsibilities of the role include:
- Documenting and gathering product requirements to support of client onboarding and integration of TransUnion solutions with partners and clients.
- Assisting with defining the best solutions for customers based on their requirements.
- Once the client contract is signed, you will work with market-facing teams. You will also be responsible for client onboarding and integration activities.
- Managing timely and in-scope execution of deliverables.
- Being the voice of the customer with internal teams: gathering and prioritizing customer product feedback and sharing with the relevant internal teams to ensure it's utilized.
- Being the subject matter expert for both clients and internal partners on TransUnion Marketing Solutions products.
- Supporting sales teams in ensuring your clients are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
