Articul8 AI is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). We are looking for a Solution Architect with a proven track record of architecting, designing, and building scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. As a member of our Product Technology team, you will work closely with a customer's technical and business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their technical gaps and needs, and business objectives. You will craft optimal GenAI-based solutions that promote innovation and accelerate our process of bringing new products to market. This position offers exciting opportunities to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive innovations in enterprise-grade GenAI.

• Solution Design: Develop detailed and scalable architectural designs to address client needs. This involves utilizing Articul8 products as well as third party libraries and tools and designing solutions that leverage these resources effectively.

• Piloting and Prototyping: Run pilot programs with customers to demonstrate feasibility and advantages of proposed Articul8-based solutions. In the process, they often are responsible for introducing new product features or even building prototypes of new products.

• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements. Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate solutions and best practices.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This involves selecting appropriate instance types, auto-scaling configurations, and storage options.

• Security and Compliance: Ensure that solutions comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements. Implement identity and access management, data encryption, and other security measures.

• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture and provide training to clients or internal teams on the implementation and management of the solution.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Applied Research, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success, to seamlessly incorporate innovation and maintain our product technology leadership.

• Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members and help building a strong culture of rapid innovation

• Professional experience:

  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

  • 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

• Education: BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Technology stack:

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

  • Programming Languages: Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby

  • APIs and Integration: OpenAPI, FastAPI, Swagger, Flask, REST

  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

  • ML Frameworks: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras

  • Development and Deployment: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

  • Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.

  • Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab

  • Architecture Design and Modeling: Microsoft Visio, Drawio.

  • Collaboration and Project Management: JIRA, Confluence, Trello

• Master’s or PhD in Computer science or related technical fields.

• Experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment of LLMs in research and production environments.

• Problem Solving: ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, devising creative solutions, and iteratively refining ideas based on feedback and experimental evidence.

• Collaboration and Communication: proficiency in working within cross-functional teams—communicating clearly, providing constructive criticism, delegating responsibilities, and respecting diverse perspectives.

• Project Management and Prioritization: demonstrated aptitude in balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and allocating time efficiently between short-term objectives and long-term goals. Ability to follow and oversee projects, coordinating resources, setting milestones, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Critical Thinking: ability to carefully evaluate assumptions, questioning established methodologies, challenging own biases, and maintaining skepticism when interpreting results.

• Curiosity and Continuous Learning: ability to stay curious about advances in related fields and constantly seeking opportunities to expand knowledge base.
