This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

a Solutions Architect who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that meet the business objectives of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to understand client requirements, assess technical feasibility, and develop scalable and robust architecture solutions. Your expertise in cloud technologies, software development practices, and system integration will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions.

 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Lead  the planning, definition, and high-level design of software and system integration.

  • Mentor and coach developers with industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with management and developers to reduce technical debt.

  • Research, identify, and explore software solution alternatives.

  • Lead systems design and API integrations with existing applications, systems, and platforms.

  • Perform cost and performance of a solution and evaluate tradeoffs.

  • Establish Best Practices for software development and provide code and best practices reviews.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.

  • Assess technical risks and define mitigation strategies.

  • Define and decide, plan, and document the right technical strategy and approach that will best support long-term team plans and goals.

  • Work with third-party vendors.

  • Partner with Product Manager to design and create user stories and future vision.

  • Tactical Hands-on coding is sometimes required.

  • Work with management to drive and plan projects that meet deliverable dates.

  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, engineers, and developers throughout each project's lifecycle.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience designing innovative solutions while balancing limitations.

  • Experience in a SaaS environment and with microservices architecture.

  • Deep understanding of API Design and cloud infrastructure.

  • Understanding of software development and deployment life cycles.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with information processing fundamentals and best practices.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, especially when under pressure.

  • Above-average leadership and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work in a very diverse multicultural environment.

  • Able to develop and document technical initiatives into practical strategies.

    

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of formal related experience.

  • Experience with Node.JS, React, AWS, GitHub, APIs, Jenkins, Helm, Docker, ExpressJS, Jenkins, and Middleware/proxy development, Mobile Development.

  • AWS Solutions Architect Certification.

  • API Management and Product Development experience.

  • 2+ years of Customer-facing/consulting experience preferred

  • Telephony experience preferred.
