Job Description
At Treasury Prime, our mission is to empower developers to build new and amazing financial products by making it easy to connect with banks. Our APIs provide a wide range of banking services, from opening and servicing accounts to making payments, issuing cards, and more. We're experts at managing banks' legacy systems, and our deep integrations give our APIs the power to do anything the bank can do.
We're replacing the decades-old mainframe software that has hamstrung banks and made it difficult or impossible for fintech developers to build great products. Treasury Prime is the best way for banks to modernize their software stack and for fintech developers to find the best bank partner and get to market fast. Currently, we are using Clojure, React on the front end, Postgres database, and hosted on AWS.
We're looking for a solutions engineer to scale our implementation and sales operations. Help us launch new clients and deliver the best solutions for prospects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a client services team geared for growth, build new processes, and be part of the team that enables the next generation of fintech innovation.
You will:
- Drive technical pre-sales success by providing expert product guidance and mapping solutions to customer needs
- Showcase our platform through compelling product demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders
- Serve as a technical product expert, clearly articulating Treasury Prime's competitive advantages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share learnings, build better processes, and supercharge the organization
- Debug, reproduce, and document issues to improve product quality and implementation success
- Manage technical aspects of client implementations, including system configuration and integration
- Use SQL and other database tools to analyze data, create reports, and extract insights for internal teams and clients
- Produce special-purpose technical communications and documentation
You may be a good fit for this role if you:
- Possess strong technical expertise with REST APIs, database querying, and code analysis
- Understand banking and fintech customer needs and pain points
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and are excited to create new things
