The Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing sourcing strategies that support business objectives at both plant and regional levels. This position ensures that supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes deliver maximum value while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational excellence. By leveraging data, market intelligence, and cross‑functional collaboration, the Sourcing Manager drives continuous improvement and strengthens the overall sourcing framework.

As a Sourcing Manager-Sourcing Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and enhancing sourcing strategies across categories, regions, and product lines to drive measurable savings

  • Leading and developing a high‑performing sourcing team

  • Analyzing suppliers and proposals to provide clear, strategic recommendations to stakeholders

  • Evaluating new and existing suppliers based on value, performance, and risk

  • Advising functional leaders on sourcing processes, best practices, and project execution

  • Managing sourcing systems and reporting tools (ThoughtSpot, One Time Savings, Manual Baselines, Rebates, Aha, Ariba, HICX)

  • Working toward targeted KPIs to ensure consistent delivery and performance

  • Developing and negotiating supplier contracts such as MSAs, SSAs, Stocking Agreements, and Pricing Agreements

  • Negotiating key contractual terms including payment terms, rebates, performance metrics, and service levels

  • Ensuring alignment with internal customer expectations and broader category strategies

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have strong experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

  • Have a solid background in supplier negotiations and contract management

  • Have experience or ability to lead teams and manage cross‑functional initiatives

  • Have strong analytical skills and comfort working with sourcing systems and data tools

  • Have the ability to coordinate effectively with global suppliers and colleagues working in different time zones

  • Have be able to work independently while driving alignment across multiple teams
