Are you an experienced sourcing and procurement professional who excels at supplier management, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration? We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to support timely, cost-effective access to production materials, services, and related supply chain needs across the United States. In this remote-based role, you will help strengthen supply continuity, improve procurement processes, optimize inventory levels, and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage sourcing and procurement strategies for production materials, raw materials, utilities, outside services, and other business-critical supply needs.
  • Oversee supplier relationship management, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding support, performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor demand, supply, lead times, and inventory thresholds to help maintain appropriate inventory levels and support production schedules.
  • Partner with operations, finance/accounting, quality, logistics, planning, and distribution teams to resolve supply, inventory, and vendor performance matters.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction, process-improvement, and supply chain risk-mitigation opportunities across sourcing and inventory management activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation related to procurement, supplier performance, inventory levels, process compliance, and related financial considerations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, materials management, inventory planning, or a related function.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost management, supplier performance, production planning, inventory controls, and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate tradeoffs, identify trends, and make recommendations that support cost, quality, service, and inventory objectives.
  • Effective negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions.
  • Proficiency with procurement, ERP, MRP, inventory management, or related business systems, as well as Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
