The Analyst, Sourcing & Procurement Technology will support end-to-end deployment, management, and continuous improvement of sourcing technology applications for the Work Dynamics business across the Americas. The role sits within the Sourcing Technology & Data team and works across procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and AI/data capability — directly supporting the Director, Sourcing Technology in executing the team’s RR&E (Reporting, Reporting & Execution) mandate. The role is central to how our team builds differentiated, consistent delivery at scale — enabling smarter decisions, stronger client outcomes, and a more connected OneJLL approach to sourcing.

Success in this role requires analytical rigor, platform fluency, and genuine curiosity about where AI and data can change how procurement operates. The ideal candidate is decisive in ambiguity, humble enough to learn continuously, and motivated by the collective win — for the team, the business, and our clients.


This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

80,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
