BrightHire is a category-creating, high-growth, Series B software company with a mission to give everyone the hiring experience they deserve.

We deliver on this mission by transforming the way many of the world’s leading companies build exceptional teams. We created the Interview Intelligence category, and our clients include some of the world’s most innovative companies—Canva, OpenAI, Ramp, Hubspot—up to the Fortune 500.

BrightHire is building an AI platform transforming how companies like Hubspot, Ramp, Anthropic, and hundreds of others hire. We’re looking for a Special Projects Lead with an initial mission of scaling Screen — our fast-growing AI agent for conducting interviews — to hundreds of customers.

This role sits at the center of Screen’s growth, operating across strategic deal support, implementation, pilot conversion, post-sales success, and product feedback loops.

You will work directly with prospects and customers. Your goal is to help them use AI screening effectively in hiring situations. You will also share market insights. This will help influence the product's development. You will build close partnerships with the Product and Engineering teams.

This is not a typical Solutions role where you help specifically in Pre-Sales, or a traditional Customer Success or Implementation role. The right person for this role thinks like a founder, not a function. You should be energized by ambiguity, run at hard problems, be commercially savvy and operationally diligent, and constantly look for ways to leverage AI to 10x yourself.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner directly with AEs on high-impact Screen opportunities
  • Join customer and prospect conversations as the Screen specialist
  • Own implementation and ongoing adoption for enterprise customers
  • Design and operationalize successful Screen workflows for customers
  • Guide SMB/MMK customers toward successful self-configuration
  • Drive strong pilot outcomes and conversion rates
  • Identify workflow gaps, adoption risks, and operational breakdowns early
  • Shape product direction through direct customer and market insight
  • Build scalable systems and workflows that increase operational leverage
  • Partner on high-impact special projects as Screen evolves
What We’re Looking For
  • Extremely high agency
  • Comfort operating across customers, product, operations, and GTM
  • Solid operational judgment under ambiguity and volume
  • Commercial instinct and consultative customer presence
  • Deep curiosity and obsession with figuring out how to improve systems
  • AI-native working style with real examples of leverage you’ve built
  • Ability to separate signal from noise quickly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong Backgrounds Include
  • Forward-deployed or solutions roles at modern SaaS companies
  • Early startup operators
  • BizOps, Strategy & Ops, or Chief of Staff roles
  • High-performing implementation or solutions operators with commercial savvy
  • Product-minded recruiting or talent leaders with prior commercial experience

*Note to Recruiters and Placement Agencies: We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes. Please do not forward unsolicited agency resumes to our website. We will not pay fees to any third party agency or firm and will not be responsible for any agency fees associated with unsolicited resumes. Unsolicited resumes received will be considered our property.
