Specialist II, Experiential Learning Placements
Specialist II in EL Placements, supports learners and sites requiring specialized portals, paper applications, or more stringent onboarding processes. This role focuses on ensuring compliance and successful placement for learners who need extra operational guidance and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage placements for sites with specialized portal needs or paper-based applications.
• Assist learners in navigating complex compliance requirements, deadlines, and portal submissions.
• Provide real-time guidance and support to learners to ensure completion of all placement tasks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Credentialing and Partnerships to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor site-specific onboarding requirements and maintain communication with sites for compliance and satisfaction.
• Conduct outreach to learners and sites to ensure deadlines are met and placement needs are addressed.
• Complete pre- and post-semester projects and ongoing functional tasks as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records in portals, CRMs, and other technology systems to ensure consistency and data integrity.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support Academic Operations alignment.
• Associate degree preferred, relevant experience is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or education operations.
• Experience handling specialized portal systems, paper-based processes, and strict compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated professional communication and correspondence skills.
• Experience providing high-quality customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and site-specific portals.
