About the Role:
The Specialty Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling a specific range of products or services to targeted customers. This role will focus on building relationships with key customers and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth. We are looking for a candidate who is located on the west coast or in WI.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth
- Promote and sell a specific range of products or services to targeted customers
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competition
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast to the management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty sales
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the target market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
