The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Industry Sponsorships & Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact industry events and sponsorships within the CTV ecosystem. Reporting to the VP, Sponsorships & Events, this role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, industry partnerships, and experiential execution, owning programs that drive awareness, demand, and long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a marketing-minded event leader who thrives in high-visibility environments, brings polish and rigor to execution, and enjoys building meaningful industry presence through sponsorships and experiential programs.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support and help shape the annual events and industry sponsorship calendar, ensuring alignment with brand, business, and revenue objectives.

  • Identify and propose innovative formats, experiential concepts, and engagement strategies that differentiate LG Ad Solutions in competitive industry environments.

  • Support creative ideation for experiential activations and executive-level customer engagement programs.

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of programs, including:

    • Industry sponsorships and trade shows

    • Bespoke client and executive hospitality events

    • Experiential brand activations

    • Internal and partner-facing events

  • Lead full event lifecycles, including scoping, event briefs, timelines, project plans, budgets, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.

  • Maintain exceptional standards of execution, ensuring compliance with operational, legal, sustainability, and brand guidelines.

  • Balance multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining clarity, composure, and attention to detail.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with in-house creative teams to deliver cohesive event branding across digital, print, and fabricated assets.

  • Drive internal and external communications related to industry events and activations.

  • Create and maintain stakeholder presentations and reporting decks to provide updates, insights, and performance results.

  • Support client-centric gifting and premium programs aligned to brand and business goals, including ideation, sourcing, vendor management, and distribution.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage individual event and sponsorship budgets, including forecasting, allocation, and reconciliation.

  • Deliver monthly budget reporting and variance analysis with clear communication to regional and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and accountability across all programs.

  • Lead vendor discovery, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on event and sponsorship performance metrics, including ROI, engagement, and pipeline impact.

  • Manage attendee list development, segmentation, and maintenance using tools such as HubSpot and Splash.

  • Gather post-event feedback and conduct evaluations to drive continuous improvement year over year.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, sponsorships, or hospitality—preferably within Ad Tech, MarTech, OEM, media, or B2B technology.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-faceted events with complex timelines and stakeholder requirements.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically with precision.

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and a strong understanding of the creative process across digital, print, and fabrication.

  • Established vendor and venue network preferred.

  • Ability to travel 2–3 times per quarter and work evenings/weekends as required for events.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during event execution.

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Experience with project management and event platforms such as Asana, Splash, and HubSpot (or similar tools).

  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.

  • Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of tools that support best-in-class events and sponsorship execution.
