This individual will support the Manager, Finance Systems and Sr Analyst, Business Systems in managing multiple Oracle EPM Cloud applications with system administration, customer support, process improvements, system upgrades, and system enhancement solutions for several business partners in Finance and Controllership.  The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the health of these Oracle EPM Cloud applications, providing top tier customer support to users and key stakeholders, and leading strategic initiatives to optimize the systems and associated processes.

Ideal Candidate: A professional with a customer focused attitude who has experience supporting one or more of the following Oracle EPM Cloud applications: Planning Budgeting and Cloud (PBC), Narrative Reporting, Freeform, or Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and enhancing backend core processes.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain, enhance and support the Narrative Reporting and Freeform Oracle EPM Cloud application for all financial reporting purposes

  • Provide production support for existing applications ensuring responsiveness to customer requests and quality of work

  • Design, develop and evolve existing business partners modeling and structure to meet current and future needs.

  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes and business requests, and recommend solutions using system standards and best practices

  • Routinely review, test, and update application scripts, rules, partitions, variables, and other core system functionality

  • Perform solution designing, requirements definition, functional design, testing and implementation of IT solutions

  • Performance tuning, upgrading, testing, server maintenance, back-up planning, security administration and migration

  • Work with business users to translate functional requests into technical solutions and to troubleshoot system issues

  • Maintain application documentation including system runbooks, process narratives, process flows, and policies and procedures

  • Build and maintain relationships within Finance, Technology, other business organizations, and with third party vendors

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline is required

  • Proven experience supporting various Oracle EPM Cloud applications, such as Planning Budgeting and Cloud (also known as EPBCS), Narrative Reporting, Freeform, or Enterprise Data Management is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in implementing one or more Oracle EPM Cloud applications is required

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities

  • Technical knowledge of scripting for writing custom consolidations, translation logic, business rules, EPM Automation, and Data Management

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff

  • A solid understanding of Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury functions and processes

  • Understanding SOX controls and ensuring compliance over financial reporting


 

Pay Range:

$87,400-$145,600/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
