Sr. Analysts, Consulting Services for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Diagnose business needs of clients by ingesting data into systems. Translate business needs into data-driven questions and architect solutions to collect and analyze data from multiple sources. Partner closely with clients to validate and identify trends, patterns, opportunities, issues, and best practices using appropriate data. Translate analytics into stakeholders’ native language. Work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver client-focused measurements and reporting practices. Help develop project scope, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Technical environment: SQL Query; data visualization; customer-facing analytics experience; digital marketing; randomized controlled trials in marketing; Tableau (creating, managing, and interpreting dashboards in marketing/sales contexts); A/B testing in marketing; regression model choice (binary, time-to-event data, repeated measures, clustered model); regression analysis (linear, logistic, multivariate); covariate adjustment; BigQuery; extract/transform complex marketing/sales data from multiple sources; database management; marketing performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC).Job Requirement:
*Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field required.
