Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Contract Manufacturer on Supply assurance and Material On Time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, procurement partners, and suppliers on global supply fulfillment and inventory management strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and stocking strategies are met.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement robust processes and systems to ensure efficient operations
- Lead Capacity and Lead Time Management for Key commodities
- Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships
- Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management and reduce costs. Participate in Productivity Project
- Develop and implement robust processes and systems to ensure efficient operations to better business outcomes
- Support site audits if any

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Purchasing or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles
- Proven experience in supply management or related field
- Proven track record in optimizing inventory and managing material availability
- Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US locations is desirable but not a must.
- Proven experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with suppliers
