The Manager- Marketing Analytics (US I&A) will play a critical role in building and driving best-in-class tools and capabilities that enable Mondelez to develop breakthrough media plans and strategies that translate into short and long-term brand growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager - Advanced Analytics (US I&A), this role requires a transformative change agent with a strong bias for action. This role will drive the marketing effectiveness measurement agenda with a strong focus (but not limited to) Marketing Mix Modelling, agile media tracking and high-level BTL analytics, to provide key insights and recommendations to drive business growth and ROI improvement.
The role requires someone with strong collaboration skills, bringing together and align cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing Excellence, Mondelez Digital Services, and key publisher partners (eg. Google, Meta) and Creative, Production and Media Agencies.
It also requires a combination of advanced analytics expertise in the areas of regression modelling, data analysis and visualization, as well as strong commercial acumen and critical thinking to connect the dots between across different data sources and business action.
Key Responsibilities:
What extra ingredients you will bring:• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred• 3+ years in insights & analytics managerial roles, with focus on creative/media insights & analytics; either in media agencies, analytics vendors or CPG companies• Strong expertise in leveraging data, analytics & insights (and blending different disciplines & sources together) to fuel creative development; expertise in some of the key vendors, methodologies & approaches in this area of practice, in particular Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution & Closed Loop Measurement• Passion for the media industry and a broad spectrum of knowledge about the media insights & analytics space, including familiarity with leading-edge practices & vendors• Transformative change agent with an expansive, innovative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and championing a progressive "test & learn" and "fail fast" mentality• Ability to work with different parties efficiently, resolving barriers to ensure workstreams are able to move forward• Strong bias for action, with a proven track record in persuasively influencing and aligning business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization• Persuasive and effective communicator, obsessed with telling clear, compelling stories that influence stakeholders & drive action
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and optimize the impact of paid, owned & earned media (TV, digital, social, eCom/DTC, sponsorships), inclusive of:
- Audience insights
- Post-flight evaluation/analysis of business & brand impact (including Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-touch attribution and Return on Investment)
- Drive insights on business performance drivers using MMM and regression techniques, informing the business on what's working and not working in driving growth
- Work with Consumer Experience, Marketing, and Media agencies to champion our data-driven media agenda and design appropriate test-and-learn approaches to prove out successful use cases
- Develop monitoring solutions to track execution of action plans
