The Senior Associate, Operational Insights plays a key role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational outcomes, optimize workflow, and support organizational growth.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Drive operational excellence through strategic analysis and informed decision-making
- Translate operational strategies into measurable actions that improve efficiency and patient throughput
- Support the design, assessment, and implementation of initiatives to optimize FFS workflows
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop recommendations that reduce variation and improve consistency in operations
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced service delivery
Leverage data to measure and communicate performance
- Utilize data analytics and performance dashboards to evaluate operational trends and outcomes
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Prepare data summaries, reports, and presentations that translate complex information into clear business insights
- Support leadership in monitoring progress toward organizational goals and making data-informed decisions
Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to foster collaboration and accountability
- Communicate insights and performance findings clearly and constructively to drive positive change
- Support training and process documentation to reinforce operational excellence and standardization
Manage projects with precision and follow-through
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential risks or barriers and work with stakeholders to develop proactive solutions
- Communicate project progress, goals, and outcomes to leadership and key partners
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- 2–3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or performance improvement required
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations or fee-for-service environments preferred.
- Experience working with Epic or another electronic medical record (EMR) platform highly preferred.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $99,000-149,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
