Storytelling is in your DNA. You know how to find the sharpest angle, build campaigns that earn attention, and cut through the noise of an AI-saturated market. You will own PR, integrated brand campaigns, executive thought leadership, and organic social from strategy through execution.

This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution: fast, resourceful, and focused on impact in a crowded market.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in U.S. Central or Eastern time zones.

What you'll do

Brand and Integrated Campaigns

  • Serve as the connective force across marketing and communications, bringing every business line under one brand and launching memorable campaigns that build affinity, strengthen equity, and establish Krisp as the leading Real-Time Voice AI company.
  • Ensure brand campaigns are built with a global, partnering closely with global teams to elevate the brand worldwide.
  • Lead integrated campaigns from strategy and creative briefing through launch, distribution, and optimization.
  • Shape how product launches, research, partnerships, and company milestones show up across earned, owned, and paid channels.

Public Relations

  • Lead Krisp’s global PR program and regional agency partners.
  • Build strong relationships with Tier 1 business, technology, AI, and trade media.
  • Secure coverage, commentary, bylines, and other opportunities that grow awareness and share of voice.
  • Connect Krisp’s expertise to relevant news, trends, and industry conversations.

Executive, Employee and Owned Communications

  • Build executive thought leadership across media, speaking, podcasts, awards, social, and contributed content.
  • Manage Krisp’s organic social strategy and editorial calendar across the company.
  • Turn complex technology, research, and customer outcomes into credible stories that work across channels.

Measurement

  • Set clear goals and measure coverage quality, share of voice, brand awareness, engagement, and campaign impact.
  • Use results, competitive activity, and market signals to improve programs quickly.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of B2B technology brand, communications, or PR experience.
  • A proven record of securing Tier 1 business and technology media coverage.
  • Existing relationships with top enterprise technology, business, and industry reporters.
  • Experience building a consistent company narrative across multiple products and audiences.
  • Experience leading integrated brand campaigns from strategy through measurement.
  • Exceptional writing, pitching, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • The ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong judgment, high standards, and a builder’s mindset.
  • The ability to move quickly, work independently, and influence across teams.
