  • Create and maintain current-state and future-state process flows, user flows, system and integration diagrams, data flows, and other visual models to clearly communicate business and technical requirements.
  • Actively participate in and help drive backlog refinement and grooming, story mapping, sprint planning, design discussions, standups, and other Agile delivery activities, ensuring work is sufficiently defined and ready for development.
  • Proactively drive assigned work from discovery through implementation and post-production support, following up on open questions, decisions, dependencies, and action items and providing timely updates on progress, risks, blockers, and delivery readiness.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly and establish appropriate testing and validation strategies, including test scenarios, cross-system impacts, regression considerations, defect resolution, and production validation.
  • Support implementation and release activities by coordinating stakeholder readiness, validating expected business and system behavior, supporting defect triage, and assisting with post-production issues.
  • Participate in peer reviews of requirements and related work products to ensure quality, completeness, consistency, traceability, and alignment with established BA standards.
