Job Summary:
Employs data analytics to assess, track and communicate performance of VisionLink commercial KPI's. Generate leads to fill full fleet opportunity funnel. Interpret data and results to identify trends and influence commercial strategy. Leverage AI to extract insights from data to support strategy and performance. Design dashboards and other tools to drive enterprise and dealer accountability. Expected to work broadly across multiple stakeholders to assess and monitor business performance.
What You Will Do:

• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
• Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service.
• Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.
• Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.

What You Will Have:

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Extensive understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Effective Communications: Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Business Data Analysis: Extensive knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
• Business Assessment: Working knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.
• Product Design and Development: Working knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.

Considerations for Top Candidates:

• Proven experience in design and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations for large and complex data sets in Power BI (typically 5+ years)
• Ability to tell a story with data
• Working knowledge of one or more programming languages
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and driven while working well in team environment
• Create innovative solutions to solve business problems
• Strong attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies in coding or data
• Experience with data structures using SQL
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Management studio, R, SQL, DevOps, Excel, Alteryx, Snowflake is a plus

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
