Role Overview
The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for translating marketing strategy into structured, high-performing campaigns that generate and convert demand.

This role serves as the execution architect of the marketing organization — designing campaign frameworks, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, and driving conversion through disciplined follow-up and nurture strategy.
They partner closely with the Director of Marketing, co-design initiatives, and ensure acquisition efforts are aligned with the conversion strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Translate executive-level priorities into structured campaign plans
  • Co-ideate campaign direction with Marketing Director 
  • Define campaign concepts, messaging angles, and funnel structure
  • Develop campaign briefs with clear goals, timelines, and asset requirements
  • Align campaigns to revenue targets
  • Own campaign-related email strategy and sequencing
  • Design nurture flows based on audience behavior
  • Define segmentation logic and engagement triggers
  • Continuously optimize follow-up performance
  • Own and manage the campaign calendar
  • Prevent initiative overlap and audience fatigue
  • Prioritize campaigns based on strategic importance
  • Ensure coordinated timing across acquisition and conversion efforts
  • Coordinate execution across New Business and Customer Marketing
  • Maintain accountability across workstreams
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and intact
  • Draft campaign messaging frameworks
  • Write or shape email copy
  • Develop landing page outlines
  • Create campaign briefs and narrative positioning
  • Contribute light content tied directly to campaigns (recaps, summaries, positioning content)

Ideal Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, K-12 education, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of funnel architecture and nurture strategy
  • Strong storytelling skills — you know how to turn complex customer experiences into clear, compelling narratives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
    Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS (or similar) preferred

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote position.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE + Bonus Eligible + Benefits
