EisnerAmper is seeking a highly experienced Workday Financials Sr. Consultant with a specialized focus in Contracts to Cash to join our dynamic and growing team. This leadership opportunity is ideal for professionals who have successfully led multiple Workday implementations and are passionate about delivering scalable, integrated solutions across industries. In this role, you will take ownership of solution design, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Financials and HCM to drive impactful outcomes and elevate the client experience and help grow our pracitce.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Lead Workday Contracts to Cash implementations from design through deployment, serving as architect or engagement manager.

  • Own the solution design and configuration of Workday Financials modules, with emphasis on Contracts to Cash.

  • Partner across FDM, AP, AR, Projects, Reporting, and HCM to deliver cohesive, cross-functional solutions.

  • Address client pain points through tailored, industry-specific Workday strategies.

  • Provide strategic post-production support, including break/fix resolution, reporting enhancements, and user experience optimization.

  • Advise clients on the Workday security model, including domain and business process security policies, and ensure proper configuration and governance.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development and knowledge sharing.

Basic Qualifications
  • Workday Contracts to Cash Certification required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business-related field required.

  • Minimum of 3 full-cycle Workday Financials implementations.

  • 2+ years of consulting experience

Preferred or Desired Qualifications
  • CPA preferred;

  • Demonstrated cross-functional expertise across multiple Workday Financials modules.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes and industry best practices.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to engage effectively with clients.

  • Workday Project Billing Certification and/or implementation experience with project billing functionality

  • Workday HCM Certification and/or experience partnering with HCM teams.

  • Experience delivering solutions across multiple industries.

  • Ability to bridge functional and technical conversations across Financials and HCM domains

  • May be required to work extended hours during the workweek and weekends, as needed. 

  • May be required to travel and work from different company and client locations.

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
