Alliant Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent degree. 8 years of related experience. Required Skills: Use Informatica PowerCenter tool to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) solutions to populate the data warehouse of various types of files like csv, text; Analyze data load issues and identify the root cause as well as error handling using Informatica Power Center and Azure Data Factory; Provide production support using Informatica Power Center, Informatica TDM and SQL server databases, Azure Data Factory, synapse databases, troubleshooting to fix issues in a timely manner for the business; Analyze the production load issues and mitigate the problem by adding controls like data quality checks using Informatica Power Center and Azure Data Factory tools; Work with regulator-related projects to submit data and validate data like NCUA; Up to 20 % domestic travel required; 60% telecommuting allowed; must live within normal commuting distance of Chicago, IL.
