We are looking for a Senior Director, Digital Strategy with a deep background in digital experience strategy and the United States Health industry (payors preferred) to join our growing Health+ Business Unit. This role will be responsible for successfully leading high-visibility experience solutioning and consulting for our largest Health+ (payor / provider) clients, driving cross-channel excellence through the execution, evolution, and scale of client strategic activation plans. The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker, with demonstrable experience knowing what and where to activate, when to activate, and how to optimize and measure ROI across all channels, with deep clarity on "the why" relative to business goals and “the who” relative to audiences.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted digital advisor and key strategic partner to BxA’s Health BU Clients
- Guide teams in defining the business vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital innovation
- Conduct analysis and financial modeling to validate business viability and build a business case for change/innovation Develop and present insightful and actionable recommendations, strategic roadmaps, and comprehensive plans to client leadership
- Align with client management on recommendations, digital roadmaps, and next steps to ensure buy-in and execution
- Ensure roadmap adherence, flagging when at risk, and mobilizing resources
- Provide best-in-class recommendations, plans, and strategies specific to payor, provider digital strategies
- Independently host and facilitate working sessions with Bounteous and client teams
- Drive internal go-to-market efforts, including evolving the Health+ and BxA digital strategy Inspire and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working in a strategic capacity at a digital-first agency/consultancy
- Experience in the United States Health industry (payers and/or providers required, pharmaceutical or healthtech a plus)
- Deep experience in the creation and execution of digital strategies, as well as the growth and operation of digital platforms
- Experience with CRM solutions (Adobe, Salesforce), Orchestration platforms, personalization solutions
- Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and teams to achieve desired outcomes and build strong relationships
- An outstanding executive presence; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership
- A motivated and enthusiastic leader with the ability to independently execute from ideation to delivery
- Deep experience with structuring and analyzing data, using it to tell a story and drive decisions; experience in working closely with data teams in support of marketing
- Flexible and adaptable; skilled at managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field; Master’s degree a plus
