The Role

As the Sr Director of Product Management for our DMS product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product that is central to our customers’ success. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, customer-centric individual with a deep understanding of the automotive market and a proven ability to adapt to its dynamic landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our DMS remains the best-in-class solution for automotive dealers.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the automotive market landscape, emerging trends, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities and threats.

Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction and business impact.

Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure alignment with user needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features on time and within scope.

Metrics & KPIs: Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and guide iterative improvements.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product direction, updates, and results.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in the automotive DMS or SaaS industry is strongly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Customer Focus: Proven ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automotive retail industry, including dealer operations and technology solutions.

Leadership: Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience using data to inform product decisions.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development processes and modern technology stacks.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
