Job Description

Position SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and reporting across multiple portfolios. The role encompasses a wide range of activities, including forecasting and budgeting, generating cash flow projections, analyzing investment returns, performing valuations, and preparing materials for investor presentations. Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and conduct quarterly reforecasts to support strategic financial planning.
  • Clearly articulate business strategy and goals, monitor performance against targets, and identify potential risks or performance gaps.
  • Lead the valuation process in collaboration with Accounting and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Oversee the investor reporting process, working cross-functionally to produce accurate, insightful reports aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership, highlighting key business drivers and trends.
  • Tackle complex business and financial challenges with critical thinking and sound judgment.
  • Drive and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across teams and departments to support shared business goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications           

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 3-5 years of applicable and relevant experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate between cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and how they are interconnected.
  • Knowledge of public company reporting, including the connection between operational and financial performance.
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate preferred, including experience with mergers and acquisitions. leasing, asset management, development, valuations, budgeting and forecasting, and capital markets.

Compensation 

Salary type: Exempt  

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly 

Annual Base Salary Range: $85,000- $100,000

Annual Bonus: 15%
