Job Description

Job Responsibility:

- Create and/or document accounting processes pertains to software business. 

- Review current accounting processes and provide process improvement. 

- Support business controller review and document accounting methodology for deferred revenue, warranty reserves, SIP accrual, Intangible assets, and Capitalized software. Ensure compliance with U.S GAAP. 

- Executing/implementing updated accounting processes and procedures 

- Support day to day accounting operation. 

- Assistance with preparation for financial carve-out on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

Skill set required: 

- Strong accounting background combined with strong analytical and problem solving skill sets. 

- Strong ability to independently identify and resolve issues.

- Strong communication and ability to effectively prioritize tasks. 

- Experience with SAP is required 

- 5+ years of accounting experience 

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance 

- CPA preferred 

- Big 4 experience is preferred
