Job Description Summary:

Support the financial information needs of the service line for which the financial analyst has been assigned. These needs include, but are not limited to the following: review of department responsibility reports, review of productivity reports, review of statistical reports, review of labor distribution reports, coordination and education of annual operating and capital budgeting processes and special financial analysis as needed.

Responsibilities And Duties:

30%
Review regular bi-weekly or monthly y financial reports for the related service line departments.
30%
Develop relationship with service line management and work on special projects.
20%
Educate departments on and coordinate operational and capital budgeting process.
10%
Share with and educate other financial analysts.
10%
Develop and maintain information related to their service line in the TSI decision support tool or other appropriate tool.
As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Additional Job Description:

Accounting or Finance Basic computer skills (i.e., working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products) If in the Real Estate & Construction dept. , must have commercial real estate Experience including leasing, lease administration, development, real estate transactions analysis and modeling. strong written communication and Excel skills. Three to six Years of Experience in a financial analyst role.
