* Job Summary
* The Senior HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting HR Strategic Initiatives by managing critical projects and providing operational support to HR leaders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* What you'll do
* Manage logistics and support for HR town halls and leadership meetings, including creating materials, agendas, follow-up notes, and managing technology.
* Provide flexible support for HR-related ad-hoc requests, including creating onboarding documents for new leaders, drafting HR communications, event planning, vendor management.
* Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives and deliverables.
* Leverage HR systems and tools (Workday, Peakon, Teams, SharePoint) to prepare executive reports, surveys, and develop presentations to support decision-making.
* Develop and prepare board-ready materials, including presentations and supporting documents, to effectively communicate key HR initiatives and updates
* Coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain accurate documentation for ongoing projects.
* Liaise with Senior HR Leaders and cross functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and organizational information.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years of experience preparing meeting materials, reports, and research, as well as managing projects in a corporate environment OR 9+ years of experience preparing meeting materials, reports, and research, as well as managing projects in a corporate environment
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
* Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and employee engagement tools (e.g., Peakon). Pay range: $ 97,000 - $ 134,600 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
