As an Sr HR Generalist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will have a significant impact on the organization by providing consistent delivery of expert HR guidance, manager enablement, and scalable leadership capability. This role is accountable for driving manager self‑sufficiency, HR process simplification, and adoption of AI‑enabled and digital HR solutions, while maintaining strong compliance and governance across HR practices.
In this role, you will provide credible HR practices and manager interactions across businesses for your assigned client group. You will impact the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success of the organization.

You will report directly to our HR Advisor Director, and you’ll work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and leadership across your assigned client group.
- Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI enablement
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure flawless execution of the staffing process at all levels of the organization.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse workforce.

The annual base salary range for this position is $87,200 - $109,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of proven HR Generalist experience in a multi-site business, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution whilst driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail & data analytics
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
