Role: Sr./Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: Northbrook, IL – Hybrid

Type: Fulltime

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Collaborate with business partners and product owners to design innovative solutions that solve business needs.

Serve as an architectural lead for intricate Salesforce solutions, articulating design considerations and influencing feature design.

Partner with all IT teams to deliver best-in-class solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Offer technical expertise throughout the development and implementation of Salesforce features.

Coach, mentor, and guide the team in development standardization and best practices for Salesforce.com.

Identify opportunities for acceleration and continuous improvement.

Configure, develop, and test tailored Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic approaches in accordance with best practices.

Optimize Salesforce platform performance.

Generate comprehensive technical documentation.

Participate in Agile development workstreams, contributing from design through deployment.

Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

WHO YOU ARE:

5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience, specializing in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Visualforce, Integrations, and Experience Cloud Development.

Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Demonstrates innovation, flexibility, and self-direction, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to cultivate a team-oriented environment, mentor, and engage with senior stakeholders in business-centric dialogue.

Skilled in documentation for requirements, design, test, and training.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.

Preferred certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II.

Holds a BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
