The Senior Manager, Business Systems Analyst leads the Business Systems Analysis function and is accountable for functional solution design, Oracle Cloud Fusion enablement, and cross-functional integration across enterprise systems. This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, guiding the organization through the transition from SAP to Oracle Cloud Fusion, and ensuring high-quality delivery across global operations.
The Senior Manager serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, PMO, and development teams, while providing leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of Business Systems Analysts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and professional development to a team of Business Systems Analysts.
- Own end-to-end business process analysis supporting supply chain, logistics, finance, customer onboarding, and operational workflows.
- Lead Oracle Cloud Fusion functional solution design and configuration across modules including Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management and Finance.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional designs, ensuring alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Oversee functional configuration, design reviews, and solution validation in partnership with technical and integration teams.
- Manage functional work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation for the team.
- Partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support project planning, delivery execution, risk management, and milestone tracking.
- Establish and maintain functional governance, standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Provide input into project estimations, solution scoping, and delivery planning in support of business initiatives.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud Fusion releases, emerging capabilities, and industry’s best practices.

Preferred QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in global enterprise level applications e.g. Oracle, SAPdelivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications including ERP, SCM, and WMS. with in global environment
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing functional or business systems teams.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across supply chain, logistics, finance, manufacturing, or operations.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive and stakeholder facilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
