ROLE SUMMARY
The Content Delivery and Insights role is responsible for unlocking measurable performance, efficiency, and value across Pfizer's end to end promotional content delivery ecosystem. This role leverages data, analytics, and advanced AI-enabled insights to identify actionable optimization opportunities across strategy, content creation, production, review, and deployment-delivered through Pfizer's nominated global agency partners.
The successful candidate will be deeply fluent in modern content creation and delivery models, bring a strong understanding of the advertising and agency landscape, and possess the ability to quickly translate complex data inputs into clear, executable recommendations with quantified business impact.
This role spans both U.S. Commercial and International Commercial priorities and requires strong comfort operating at the intersection of marketing, operations, analytics, and AI-enabled decisioning.
This is a highly collaborative, outcomes-driven role that plays a critical part in accelerating speed to market, improving content effectiveness, reducing cost to serve, and driving continuous optimization across Pfizer's content ecosystem.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides reporting and insights services on all aspects of Content Platform ecosystems e.g. Adobe Workfront, GCMA, AEM, Power BI.
  • Provides overall reporting analysis for specific business needs - monitors reporting trends, adoption and usage.
  • Creates and maintains a foundational catalog of reports and Dashboards in Adobe suite of tools and Power BI.
  • Provides guidance on creating report variation based on business and agency needs.
  • Troubleshoots interpretation issues of reporting metrics
  • Leads unique and complex projects with influence across Biopharma Ops and CMO
  • Identifies multiple solutions or innovative options in solving highly complex problems with direct impact on CMO and Agency performance
  • Exercises foresight and judgment in making complex decisions. Acts independently on self-initiated projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS Required with 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry, or MBA/MS with 5+ years experience preferably in Marketing and technical roles
  • Well experienced in operating & supporting Marketing content technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI is a must.
  • Proven track record of delivering business Services
  • Drive for optimization/excellence
  • Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences
  • Track record for being a strong team player
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability to drive service completion in expedited timelines
  • Ability to address conflicts, and manage business stakeholders without direct authority and navigate effectively in a matrixed working environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong Experience with Power BI (certification is a +)
  • Experience with Adobe products (Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and others) and/or expertise in content management systems and technology
  • Familiarity with operational processes and detailed content/production workflows
  • Experience leveraging AI to optimize business processes and produce clear presentations and workflows.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
